200ml elderberry liquid
150ml soy
Sugar to taste (1/2 tablespoons)
Method
I press my elderberries and a cider press, as you get more liquid and can use the remaining berry pulp dried and ground up in salts or wild tea blends.
Heat the liquid to around 70° for five minutes this destroys the toxic compounds that will make you vomit.
Easy mix the elderberry liquid with some so add a little bit of sugar if you wish and that’s it give it a good shake job done
