Hawkstone Park Follies, Shropshire... March 29th- early spring, we will focus on beautiful spring greens, alliums, birch tapping, and medicinal cocktails. 

Didsbury, Manchester, 3rd May... mid spring, we will focus blossoms and flowers, create wild tea blends and balms for bites, itches and stings.

Flint 2nd August... summer coastal, we will focus on the delicious coastal species that are in their prime in the summer, create a wild seaweed bath tonic, and medicinal food for the soul.

Hawkstone 20th Sept... early autumn, we will focus on berries and their ability to build our immune defences, creating delicious immune boosting syrups and vinegars
