This event is part of the British Wild Food Festival, but for those of you who cant make the day time fun, we thought we'd open up our evening banquet.
Join, Sam, and a collective of other Wildbiome participants on this incredible 100% wild dining experience cooked by the incredible Force of Nature Chef Alex McAlister Lunt and The Cotswolds Forager Rob Gould.
The dining experience...
A dinner with a difference, cooked over wood flames and served in natural surroundings, a chance to sample an evening of foraged delights and join the 100 strong Wildbiome participants, eating 100% wild plants, shellfish, game meats, fish and documenting the amazing results for up to 3 months.
Each of the 7 course’s will be focusing on seasonal elements, drawing inspiration from their native habitats and exploring how to incorporate wild foods into daily life.
Alex and Rob will deftly sizzle and surprise you with each course, creating more than just another meal in the woods, a story, insights and a moment in time to be cherished and fondly remembered.
